We wanted to have some turkey left over

but we're not hosting Thanksgiving.

So we bought a smallish turkey. 12.11 pounds. It's going in the oven tomorrow with salt, pepper, some sage, and 4.5 heads (yes, heads!) of garlic. We just spent about 20 minutes peeling them all.

Dinner tomorrow night will be turkey, a nice french or other chewy bread appropriate for rubbing the roasted garlic on, and some kind of veggie.
