Baen Webscriptions Free Month

Somewhere around the end of the month, I buy the Webscription for three/four months out (for example, I bought Nov '03 somewhere between July 31, '03, and Aug 5, '03). I'll probably be buying April 2007 on Christmas Eve.

Baen Books has this nifty 'buy one, give one to a new customer' policy. If anyone has not received a Baen webscription before, and wants a free month, let me know! Your e-mail address has to not be in their database to get a free month. I'll take requests in the order they appear in my home inbox - sraun@fireopal.org.

If you don't get this month, I put you on my request list, and you get to be on the list for first shot at the new months as they come out.

Here's what's coming up:
April 2007 Webscriptions
Yellow Eyes, by John Ringo and Tom Kratman
Russian Amerika, by Stoney Compton
Breakfast in the Ruins, by Barry N. Malzberg
Into the Looking Glass, by John Ringo
The Weapon, by Michael Z. Williamson
Dark Companion, by Andre Norton
Fanglith, by John Dalmas

okay, that's just an awful awful title that stoney compton got stuck with. it sounds like it's going to be a book where someone has to sit down with the author and explain about perestroika and glasnost, but it seems to be alternate history. (although perhaps of the "ameeeerica i love you you never do anything wrong" sort.)

It should be noted that the Andre Norton title is an omnibus of two unrelated titles, _Dark Piper_ and _Dread Companion_.
