What's your favorite skin cream?

What's your favorite skin cream? I'm having some dry skin issues on my
hands, and don't currently have anything.

When I was diagnosed diabetic lo, these many years ago (my 15th anniversary
of being diagnosed was this last September), the hands-down winner was
Eucerin. Is it still on top, or has something replaced it?

I love Aquaphor. But it is very heavy duty and I would recommend it for applying overnight with gloves to soak in.

Also seconding the Vanicream or Cetaphil in cream formulation. I have to wash my hands a zillion times a day. My skin starts to crack. These creams don't have any dyes, scents, etc that would irritate sensitive skin.
