What's your favorite skin cream?

What's your favorite skin cream? I'm having some dry skin issues on my
hands, and don't currently have anything.

When I was diagnosed diabetic lo, these many years ago (my 15th anniversary
of being diagnosed was this last September), the hands-down winner was
Eucerin. Is it still on top, or has something replaced it?

Vanacream. Not cheep but works well. You use to have to ask for it a the pharmacy they had to keep it behind the counter but I just saw it at Walgreens among the other lotions. The pump is about $15.

It has no fragrance or other weird stuff in it.
