For anyone who's interested - I didn't go in to work today, and my primary doctor put me on Zithromax. I should be getting my first dose in the next hour or two.

Zithromax is, at this point, one of my favorite antibiotics. I tolerate it well, and it works!

It usually does - it's my doctor's antibiotic of choice for me. As near as I can tell, it's already having a positive effect!
