Recommended CSS Editors?
Anyone have a CSS editor they'd recommend? Right now, my first choice is Windows, Linux is running a distant second.

Emacs; same as for any other text file. There is probably an emacs "mode" for CSS that does some syntax highlighting, but I haven't looked.

What DDB said, except with vi suggested instead. Don't all text editors worth noting run on both Windows and Linux?
Seriously though, what features do you need in a specialized program for editing CSS?

In broad terms - I want a CSS development environment. I'm hoping for something that will help me make certain I've got my syntax correct, and have some sort of associated WYSIAWG display - possibly in split windows.
