Sleep

Feeling strongly sympathetic. What some of the sleep specialist doctors do, when someone can't get up as early as necessary, is ask you to stay up three hours later every night for 7 days, ending up with your actually waking up three hours *early* by your original schedule. And I've found out that if I need to go to sleep early so I can get up early, taking melatonin for a couple of days, or even an Ambien sleeping pill once or twice (an hour and a half or so earlier than your original sleep time) helps readjust my schedule. Good luck.
