As things stand, he's not scheduled to get any more head-count until 2nd quarter 2011. However, if anyone leaves our department in Seattle, that head-count gets moved here - all department new-hires will be here until we've achieved parity. And there's the question of what the acquisition will do.
Which is all the long way of saying I don't expect to see him interviewing anyone until mid-March at the earliest.
