Apr. 22nd, 2004 05:39 pmsony.com does not have available for download any of the software that is included on the software CD that ships with their Clie PDA's.
When I asked, I was told I would have to order a copy, and referred to their Parts & Accessories site.
The Parts & Accessories site does not know anything about this part.
Remind me again why I like the Clie, please?
I do like the Clie - the form factor is nice, recently they've been running cheaper than the comparable Palm, they've got unique features available.
But right now, if I was going out to buy a new PDA tomorrow, their competition would have a very strong advantage.
