I just got my
Nokia 770 Internet Tablet. 8.1 ounces, 5.5 inches x 3.1 inches x 0.70 inch, 800x480 touch screen with up to 65,536 colors, running a Linux-derived OS. Now I'll have to figure out how to make it jump through hoops - said hoops to include getting an SSH client running on it, getting more RS-MMC cards, another wallwart, and maybe an additional battery. Oh, and figure out how to access the the contents of the RS-MMC cards.
This is
probably going to keep me busy for a while. Fortunately, the overtime that let me buy it is finishing up the end of August, so I should have a handle on it by the end of the first full week in September.
