That means that if you registered at the beginning of the program, your DNC status may have expired or may be about to expire. Re-register now, it's free. Tell your friends. Register the phone numbers of elderly relatives who may not be able to cope with the Net themselves but who are prime targets of this kind of scum.
This site also tells how to place a complaint if you get tagged anyway.
