What's your favorite skin cream?

What's your favorite skin cream? I'm having some dry skin issues on my
hands, and don't currently have anything.

When I was diagnosed diabetic lo, these many years ago (my 15th anniversary
of being diagnosed was this last September), the hands-down winner was
Eucerin. Is it still on top, or has something replaced it?

Sometimes, lots of pulling wire and splicing at work causes my hands to become so dry that the skin cracks open and bleeds. If it's calloused skin that cracks open and bleeds, it takes forever to heal.

I like Vaseline Deep Moisture (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0000537JL/httpkalikat19-20), but it might be more than what you want. Target stopped carrying it, probably because it's very thick and probably feels waxy if your skin is not the type to say *SLUUUUURRRRRP! GIMMIE MORE NOW!* with normal hand lotion.
