What's your favorite skin cream?

What's your favorite skin cream? I'm having some dry skin issues on my
hands, and don't currently have anything.

When I was diagnosed diabetic lo, these many years ago (my 15th anniversary
of being diagnosed was this last September), the hands-down winner was
Eucerin. Is it still on top, or has something replaced it?

Most of the stuff that you can buy at the grocery/drug store makes my hands feel sticky and I'm not fond of the scent.

I spend the extra few bucks and get the Aveda hand cream. A bottle may seem more expensive, but it's a lot thicker than the drug store stuff, so a little goes a long way.

Because of the hypothyroidism I can get really dry skin, so I'm kinda picky about lotion, fyi.
