What's your favorite skin cream?

What's your favorite skin cream? I'm having some dry skin issues on my
hands, and don't currently have anything.

When I was diagnosed diabetic lo, these many years ago (my 15th anniversary
of being diagnosed was this last September), the hands-down winner was
Eucerin. Is it still on top, or has something replaced it?

Nearly every lotion makes me itch, about halfway through the bottle, but I have used Curel happily for 2 or 3 years now. The hand cream soaks in immediately, and doesn't leave greasy spots everywhere you touch. It is inexpensive, too!
