What's your favorite skin cream?

What's your favorite skin cream? I'm having some dry skin issues on my
hands, and don't currently have anything.

When I was diagnosed diabetic lo, these many years ago (my 15th anniversary
of being diagnosed was this last September), the hands-down winner was
Eucerin. Is it still on top, or has something replaced it?

I like the Burt's Bees brands - but if you're looking for somethign longer lasting, select the "cream" formulations rather than the "lotion" formulations. (Actually, I picked this tip up elsewhere and found it very broadly applicable to almost all brands - creams last longer than equivalent lotions for almost every brand I've tried. I've since stopped buying lotions unless I'm specifically looking for "quickie fix" solutions. In my case, it's been a tactic well-worth the extra money.)
