What's your favorite skin cream?

What's your favorite skin cream? I'm having some dry skin issues on my
hands, and don't currently have anything.

When I was diagnosed diabetic lo, these many years ago (my 15th anniversary
of being diagnosed was this last September), the hands-down winner was
Eucerin. Is it still on top, or has something replaced it?

JRob worked with his hands and needed heavy duty skin cream - we found that O'Keeffe's Working Hands was the most heavy duty product we could find for dealing with very dry conditions. It might take longer to rub in than others - so it's probably only right if you need something very heavy duty. I'm not sure where you could get it around here - we got it at a farm supply store in Iowa.
