What's your favorite skin cream?

What's your favorite skin cream? I'm having some dry skin issues on my
hands, and don't currently have anything.

When I was diagnosed diabetic lo, these many years ago (my 15th anniversary
of being diagnosed was this last September), the hands-down winner was
Eucerin. Is it still on top, or has something replaced it?

Not hand specific: Olay in Shower Body Lotion. It's got a texture like shampoo or body lotion. You rub it on like a 'conditioner for the body', and rinse off.

None of the pesky and gross need to deal with lotion while damp or just out of the shower, does amazing things even with the chicago winters.

The best stuff on earth.

For non shower, I've been really happy with Curel. For the subject of lotion, the less organic the better.
