Is there any chance they'll ever actually do anything about it?

My ISP has completely blocked LJ because of it, and while workarounds (via Scott) are being arranged, this really, really stinks.

My feelings about the likelihood of this are influenced heavily by my experience as a volunteer there for the ~8 years I served, and the direction I saw the company headed when I scrammed and did not let the door hit me in the ass on the way out.

I estimate this likelihood to be somewhat worse than the likelihood of any neighborhood bunch of swine suddenly achieving liftoff.
