Excitement of the week
Apr. 21st, 2005 12:15 pmFirst - everyone is home and fine.
Irene and I spent 3.5 hours in the emergency room Tuesday night. Irene spent the following 14-15 hours at the hospital - I got to leave about 12:30, they woke her up at 2:30 and 6:30 for blood draws, and 7:45 for a stress test (and maybe some other tests? It took three hours.).
First suspicion was a heart attack - that got ruled out very quickly (before I left). Second suspicion was other heart problem - maybe she'd just had a heart attack? That was finally ruled out. So, the final diagnosis is 'anxiety attack'.
Margo picked Irene up and brought her home - yay for Margo!
