Anyone interested in an answer-the-phone computer support job?

My employer, CNT, is looking to hire an entry-level internal PC support windows. Initially it would be a pretty-much-full-time over-the-phone support. I'm very much looking forward to this position being filled - it will mean I might be able to get some project work in! I would rather like to not be the person with the most phone calls answered and the most Service Requests closed per week for a while. I think I've been both every week that I was there for the past year-and-a-half. Even the weeks where I was home ill for one day!
