Weekend Recap
Sep. 14th, 2003 10:31 pmHad AJ, our 17-month-old grandson, from Friday afternoon to about 4:30 PM Saturday.
Friday Night was pizza & wine & TV (Stargate SG-1) and grandson watching.
Saturday was grandson watching, getting step-son to take pictures of holes in box elder, tree shopping, accepting delivery of assorted plants (more later), pizza, wine & a movie.
Sunday was tree buying (we bought a Northern Pin Oak!), obtaining elm chips for mulch (do you know how small a pile you get from a 6' pickup bed filled to the brim?), getting the Minicon DBA certificate (yay!), a quick stop at the Minicon PR-1 Mailing Party, errand running, dinner at Eastern Buffet (all you can eat Chinese), shopping at Borders book store while Irene was at writer's group, grocery shopping, ironing, e-mailing computer instructions to Katie, and getting caught up on e-mail & LJ.
More on the back-yard later in the week, after I get pictures off the camera and onto a computer.
