Dec. 25th, 2003 02:13 pmA quiet Christmas - got up, ate, watched some TV, ate some leftovers, now doing on-line stuff.
Irene got up and had breakfast, then decided to go back to sleep. Given her week, this is not a surprise!
Irene took me to work Monday & Tuesday so she could have the car, and then got up before noon on Wednesday. I'm hoping she doesn't have a total dead day today - I'd like her to go to![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
minnehaha's party with me later today!
We had the family Christmas last night - us, three kids, two significant others. Roast beef in the crock pot all day was the main dish, everyone loved it. Everyone seemed to enjoy their presents - nothing too extravagant. Well, that's not totally true - Irene has no patience when it comes to presents, so we'd opened the box from Mother a week ago. It had a Chanhassen Dinner Theater gift certificate - we're off to see Cats on Saturday, 3 January.
Plans for the rest of the day - on-line stuff, shower, reading, party.
