Movie Review, etc.

We went to see The Legend of Zorro at the Riverview last night. The middle was an entirely too accurate depiction of a marriage on the rocks - painfully so for me. Not something I like watching. It was mostly redeemed by the big bang (literally!) finish. We won't be getting this one on DVD - if we want to watch an action-adventure marriage-in-trouble movie, we'll watch Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

It was a nice way to end a low-key birthday.

iraunink is taking me out to lunch today - she was planning on that yesterday, but was unable to achieve a sufficient degree of consciousness before I had to leave in the morning. Ah, the trials of having only one car! We're also hoping to catch Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire tonight.
