Catch-my-attention Commercial

Has anyone seen the MacGyver MasterCard commercial? It's another of their 'for everything else, there's MasterCard' series - it lists the prices of all the stuff Richard Dean Anderson (or a very good double!) is using to escape from capture.

No double, it is in fact RDA.

It was their superbowl premier commercial and yes, it is fabulous.

(I really MUST watch MacGyver someday. I liked Anderson in SG1, and I have a VAST fondness for improvised gadgetry.)

I tried watching MacGyver when it started rerunning hereabouts. The catch is, compared to Stargate, he looks so *young* and unfinished. And then there's the dreadful 80s hair. Still fun action and adventure, though.

I grew up thinking of dreadful *70s* hair as normal and even attractive. By comparison, 80s hair is timeless and classic.

Actually, whenever we watch videos on VH1 Classic, I'm starting to channel my granny & exclaim "They all need a haircut!" Especially since they're neither your charming self nor trolleypup, where the hair is more or less au naturel [and mousse is for chocolate].
