On the other hand, we're going to have it visible 3-4am? Hunh, I'm not waking up to see that!!

I wish I was on the east coast of the US for easy evening viewing!! (or really anywhere in the continental USA!)

Oh sure, but waking up in the middle of the night is not going to happen for me! :-)

I've seen lunar eclipses before, and once, when I was in college, we went over to the observatory during one and got to see it in the telescope. Very cool!

So, missing this one isn't going to hurt too much. Next time one happens in the evening when I'm still awake, I'll definitely do it!
