That'd be Dave Clement. He has a lovely, deep voice. With a friend, he forms a group called Dandelion Wine, which has two cds out, Cheap Hooch & Circles in the Grain. His two solo tapes are Music After Midnight & Rambling the Galaxy. Excellent albums, all!
