iraunink's mother's Christmas Party in the afternoon, putting pork shoulder in the crockpots for pulled pork, and an anniversary party.
Sunday was shredding the pork, reducing the liquid for use this coming Saturday, three loads of laundry, and my first ever risotto.iraunink declared we could do risotto again.
