Start the caramelized onions (run 7.5+ pounds of onion through the mandolin)
Gaming

Sunday:
Laundry (three loads)
Order new glasses (for me and iraunink)
Make refrigerator pickles
Finish the caramelized onions (2.5 pounds finished product)

That's a lot of onion!

I should perhaps do something with the pickled onions I've made.

I'll end up freezing the onion in .5 and 1 cup units. We use it for curries, bbq beans, and whatever else strikes our fancy.
