Another visiting dog
Feb. 2nd, 2005 12:10 pmAs you know, Bob, we occasionally sit dogs for Pets Are Inn*.
This week, we have Armani, a four-month old Maltese.

Ralph,
Katie's fiance, (AKA the future son-in-law) was over last night to help with some unpacking & moving. We went out to dinner at Eastern Buffet, and then came back home. While he was over, he played with Armani.

The dogs are getting used to each other - it always takes a while. Armani was overwhelmed yesterday - he did have a number of accidents that I attribute to stress and excitement. He seemed to be doing much better this morning.
* Pets Are Inn arranges in-home pet-sitting. They pick up your pet and deliver it to the host family before you leave, and then reverse the process when you return. I've been a happy customer and host for five or six years now. IIRC, it costs me about $2 more per pet per day than convenient conventional boarding would.
