We did ours Thursday night -- piece of pie . . . er, easy as cake . . . well-l-l-l. . . all done, e-filed, and awaiting the happy surprise deposit in the bank account.
I think it took me 60-90 minutes? I used www.turbotaxweb.com - most of the time it took me was waiting for the next screen to load so I could hit "No". We'll always get a refund, because I take one deduction less than I could on my paycheck. Irene gets SSDI with no income tax withholding, so if I didn't do that, we'd always have to pay at the end of the year.
