ISO Cheese in Mpls
Feb. 16th, 2005 02:05 pmIf you were looking for the best selection of cheese in the Twin Cities, where would you go?
The two options I have so far are Surdyk's Cheese Shop (just across the river from downtown Mpls), and THE Byerly's (Highway 100 and 36th Street). Any reason to prefer one or the other? Any additional / better options?
Objective is to buy cheese for a cheese and chocolate party at Minicon.

Date: 2005-02-16 11:49 pm (UTC)I also very much like the cheese selection in the Uptown Lunds, because Cheese Guy is working there these days. So I can reliably get a brie with some taste that's even nearly ripe enough to serve, for example.
