Long time no computer

Would you believe I went all day Monday without looking at a computer screen?

Strained my back Sunday night loading the dishwasher - don't ask me why putting the 5 quart pot in the dishwasher put my lower back out, I just know it did. Sunday night / Monday morning was painful - sufficiently so that standing up to get out of bed without aid was not an option. Spoke with the doctor on Monday - he gave me a prescription for Vicodin. So, I'm on Vicodin to sleep, and getting better.

Same place that I hurt about four weeks ago - I think it wasn't totally recovered. {rueful grin}
