It's an inexpensive Australian that we got at The Liquor Depot, about 10th & Washington between the Metrodome & 35W. We'll likely keep it around, and might try something more expensive when it runs out.
Ah. I was hoping you had found a source for the Hungarian kind. We have a bottle of the Australian kind from Byerly's, and the kind we have is not quite as good.
Oh, I see I've been answered already. Tokaj aszu, the sweet stuff, preferably 3-basket, is a really goooood dessert wine. It's rated on the label, in baskets of grapes ... puttonjos, in Magyar ... 3-basket is just about the right sweetness for Sandie and me.
