D-Link NTP Abuse

Apologies to anyonw who's already seen this - I don't remember who I'm grabbing it from. :-(

It seems that D-Link has hard-coded a list of Stratum 1 time-servers
into their consumer devices, and they are not admitting any
responsibility for mis-use. There are some very unhappy system
administrators right now, and some talk of a boycott.

That was amazingly stupid of them, given that the (well, a) right way to do it was so obvious that even I was able to figure it out without looking down the page.

Loovely. I have a D-Link router, but I'm not sure what kind; I'll have to look to see if it's one of the DDOSers.

It's one of the affected models, but I'd set the NTP server myself so it's not one of the effecting ones.
