This is hilarious. So detailed - all those links actually GO somplace. I particularly enjoyed the "Living with TISP Support Group." I liked the email from the guy threatening legal action because he couldn't get it to work with his debian linux version 144.33. *heh*

heh. Thanks. I'm on the local sewer board. I just sent this out:

Despite an attractive offer from Google, I recommend that the Village
Sewer Department does not participate in the current attempt by Google
to bring free broadband to all users. We do not wish to compete with
local providers, and I have some concern regarding possible damage to
the influent processing in the event of improper installation.

I like Gmail paper (http://mail.google.com/mail/help/paper/more.html) as well. Complete with testimonials:
