Reminds me of one of the Fringe shows from last year barondave probably remembers the name) where one of the main characters kept saying, "Morse code was my first language." An amusing concept, although unfortunately not much to build a play around.
I'm sure if the theater group that did this show had had access to a Morris dance group that danced to Morse code they would have thrown that into the production along with everything else. I'm not sure it would have improved the play any, but it probably wouldn't have hurt it much either. It was a pretty random production, all things considered.
You're probably thinking of The Most Mysterious Day Of The Year (http://www.themissoulaoblongata.com/mysterious.html). The play uses only three people, though a little Morris Dancing would not have been out of place.
