Good thing it worked! (The LHC, that is.) I participated very briefly in the celebrations here at Fermilab, but mostly I couldn't since I was on shift for MINOS 11 floors up.
Funny that you should ask. It was billed as a pajama party, but I didn't bring any pajamas with me. The advertisements said "Pajama Party (pajamas not required)" and someone put a sticky note on one that said "but please wear something".
