I've got a spare male paper - interested? It's not possible for it to mature in less than about .9 days, and should do so right at that time. I'm headed out for a while this afternoon - I expect I'll be home between 7-8pm CST. Between then and about 8:30 CST tonight, or 5-6am tomorrow (Sunday morning) are about my only chances to give it away. Well, I could freeze it, but it would probably mature in the gap between unfreezing and dropping.
May I suggest that you restrict this daily post to a friends group that is interested?
It's a small post and not that much of a bother, but the daily occurrence has trained me to simply skip over all posts from you without looking at them. If I'm going to do that, I suppose I should simply take you off my friends list (no offense meant - LJ friend<>real friend). But I'd rather not do that as I like to keep up with events in friends lives, and LJ is good for that.
Totally your choice, of course. Just a suggestion. If you don't want to use a friends list, maybe use a different icon for dragon posts as a visual cue.
I cut-tag them with something that says 'Daily Dragon Post' - have you disabled cut-tags on your FL? Also, ever since I starting doing this, I've been using a fractal-based icon that is reminiscent of a dragon's head to me. What icon are you seeing?
Oh, the cut-tag is there. As I said, it's a small entry with the cut tag and not a big deal. I just skip over the entire entry now as a matter of course.
I'm seeing the fractal icon. Since it's been a long time since you posted anything else I wasn't sure if that was just your new default. If you're only using the fractal icon for the dragon tags that will probably work for my purposes.
There should have been a "Happy Birthday" post with my portrait icon just below the dragon post today. No more than two or three away - when I check, they're both time-stamped 5:12am.
