OT? Clean-up Question

We had a small accident last night, and now have a pyrex dish half-covered (on the inside, but both the base and the cover) with pork-fat soot.

Any suggestions for getting it off?

(I've never had to deal with anything like that, so I wouldn't know what to do about it other than maybe soap, and soaking.)
