Last night we watched Phantom of the Paradise (which, I have just discovered, is an early Brian DePalma film). Irene said it was better and funnier than she expected it to be.

So, if I ever do the triple feature of Phantom of the Paradise, Rocky Horror Picture Show, and Little Shop of Horrors (the 1986 version) - what order should I show them in?

Wow, tough question. I'd probably kick off with Horrors, since that's one more people are familiar with and will best launch a good mood. I'd do Phantom next since it's quirkier, but the vibe from the first movie will carry through. Rocky can wrap things up for the folks that don't want to go home yet.

You really should check out Shock Treatment (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0083067/) if you haven't seen it yet. It's the sequel to Rocky and features Jessica Harper from Phantom. I don't think it's available on DVD yet, but we have a VHS copy you're welcome to borrow.
