And yet another blood test

Wednesday afternoon the doctor called and said that the pathologist's had gotten a first look at my bone marrow, and wanted another peripheral blood test run.

So, on my way in to work this morning, I stopped and had more blood taken. This meant getting up a half-hour early and hurrying through the morning routine - I'm still not totally awake!

Still waiting for more word from the doctor - current theory is I go see him the morning of the Tuesday after Minicon (AKA the Tuesday after Easter).

I'm very carefully not remembering the name of the test, and I did the same for the little that I overheard of the tests listed on Tuesday - I see no reason to start doing web searches and second-guessing my doctor - at least, not until after he tells me what he thinks is going on!

I suppose I have a fair amount of fatalist (?) in me - whatever it is, it falls into the 'if I can't accomplish anything by worrying about it, why worry?' category. And this is something that I am able to do. So can Irene, and it drives the step-daughters crazy. "How can you not worry about that?"

We don't know - but we can!
