Doctor Visit

Had the three month follow-up on the LGL Leukemia this morning. (There was a six-week follow-up, nothing of significance happened then.) I'm not showing any significant response to 12.5 units of methotrexate, so we're upping it to 20 units (orally, once a week). Next followup is in late October.

Well, onward! Good that there's no badnews, and crossed fingers for the increased dose being efficacious.

i forget if i asked-- are you getting the wacky dreams side effect from mtx? i used to have boring dreams about washing my hair, and now i have really really vivid bizarre dreams, thanks to the wonders of modern chemistry.

Not that I've noticed? However, the regimen was five pills (now eight) on Monday, and none for the rest of the week. I've rarely remembered my dreams, so lack of notice does not necessarily mean lack of change - I could be having really bizarre dreams and not remembering them.
