I'm looking for a service that sells audio files from their web site. I want vanilla MP3's, and I want classical! The chances of me buying music written in the last fifty years from this service will be minute.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Classical music, in particular very old recordings of it, might actually be in the public domain and therefor leagal to have for nothing. You might want to check the library for such recordings and if you have the capacity, just rip them to mp3 yourself.

iTunes? I don't use the store service, but I'm told it doesn't suck.
Probably depends on how obscure the stuff you're looking for is.

Classical, I dunno; I get public-domain jazz recordings via eMule. Jelly Roll Morton, stuff like that.
